A simple and lightweight set-in sleeve sweater worked from the top down, with a cocooning cowl to keep you warm.
You can choose the cowl from a slouchy stockinette cowl and a ribbed mock cowl.

Two yarns are held together throughout.

NEEDLES
One each 4 mm / US 6 & 3.75 mm / US 5, 60 cm or longer circular needle (body) & needle(s) in preferred style for working small circumference in the round (sleeves)
SEA version only: 4.5 mm / US 7, needle(s) for working small circumference in the round (cowl)

GAUGE
19 sts and 26 rows/rnds = 10 cm* in Stockinette stitch with 4 mm / US 6 needle, blocked
*Measure your gauge with a metric gauge ruler.

CONSTRUCTION
The sweater is worked from the top down. The body is worked first, then the sleeves and cowl are worked from picked up stitches.

DIFFICULTY: intermediate
skill required: stockinette stitch, short rows, knitting in the round
